At JC's Care from Above, we are passionate about offering the very best possible care for seniors. Our founders, Candace and James, have spent over 18 years combined working in the home healthcare industry, and they have the expertise and compassion required to make a real difference. They have firsthand experience on how challenging it can be to trust someone else with the care of your loved one, especially when they require extra services and time together is not guaranteed. That's why, at JC's Care from Above, we treat our patients like family, offering the same level of care and attention that we would give to our own mother. Our journey into owning our company began with Ma Kay, Jay's own mother, who was going to be our very first patient. She had suffered a stroke and became paralyzed on her right side and required additional help for her day to day activities. Unfortunately, Ma Kay passed away before her care could be approved for the transition, but we still keep her memory and words of encouragement alive. We remain committed to providing compassionate care to other families in the Hampton Roads area, just as we would have for Ma Kay. We firmly believe that Ma Kay is still watching over us and encouraging us to keep pursuing our mission of providing kind and patient home care to seniors in need. We know how important it is to have peace of mind, knowing that your loved one is receiving the care they need and deserve.
